Chris’ diverse background includes working as an installer’s helper, as an engineering lab technician, in system manufacturing, and managing dealer distribution networks.

Chris attributes his sales success as a marketing manager to two things: First, establishing business relationships with the right people. Second, helping customers and employees sell on value instead of price through a simple, repeatable process. As part of the management team, Chris was instrumental in helping double the business twice in 10 years. The sales grew from $18 million to over $77 million during his tenure.

As a territory sales manager, Chris earned the National Top 10 Award for outstanding performance. Chris was appointed twice to the Board of Directors for one of the largest Home Builders Associations in the United States. He was also honored as the Master of Ceremonies for multiple home builders’ events and keynote speaker for dealer conferences. Chris was featured monthly as the HVAC industry expert for a Home Improvement show on the farthest-reaching radio station in Dallas.
