Chuck Anthony grew up on a small farm in a family full of tradesmen; electricians, machinists, ironworkers and dad’s best friend was the air conditioning guy.
“My first job in heating and air conditioning was helping to land a rooftop package unit. When I started up the ladder, I didn’t know what I was doing, when I came down, I was in the HVAC business.”
Eventually, Chuck found himself serving in many different roles in the industry; territory management, commercial sales, and business consulting.
As a territory manager, Chuck discovered his calling, helping air-conditioning contractors, grow their business profitably.
