No Pressure Selling for Counter Sales

This customer service course is designed to give graduates the skills they need to make their distributor more profitable.  Participants will leave with tools and confidence to be politely intrusive, ask key transaction based questions, and increase average sales.  Significant time is spent covering the “value selling” approach to business as well as best practices for dealing with difficult customers and creating a positive No-Pressure® experience every time dealers interacts with their distributor.
